IT support professionals should know how to utilize different programs, such as the Microsoft Windows operating system and the Microsoft Office suite. They also know how to use the internet and email to provide support to clients.
As previously mentioned, they are often required to undertake certain types of professional services. Therefore, IT support specialists need to have knowledge in certain areas.
